Principia Fund managed by Quantica SGR is an Italian closed-end fund reserved for institutional investors.

Target: Investment in unlisted high-tech companies in the initial phase of their life cycle, with a view to increasing the value of the capital invested over time through management of the investment portfolio made by the Fund and through subsequent disinvestment.

Duration: The duration of the Fund is set at eight years after closing the subscription period.
