Active ownership
Quantica monitors the performance of the investee company so as to maximize creation of value for the company in the interest of the investor.
The method adopted to promote and accelerate development of the company will be based on hands-on participation, i.e. participating actively in the management of the company.

In addition to representatives in the board of directors (i.e. through external people with well-proven experience appointed by Quantica as, for example, non-executive directors), a relationship of operational partnership will be established with the entrepreneur and the management right from the outset: information will be periodically requested regarding results and activities of the company, frequent visits will be made to the company and the appointment of reliable managers in the business key positions (such as financial-administrative manager) will be requested.

In particular, in addition to the capital necessary to set up and develop innovative companies, researchers-entrepreneurs will have access to expertise not only of a financial but also of a business and managerial nature such as technological and patent screening, business development, marketing and organization.

Network
To support the value creation strategies of the spin-offs, the management of the investee companies will be able to rely on the potential of a network of contacts and relationships furnished by Quantica's shareholders, members of the board of directors and by the members of the Management Team.
