Founding Partner of Quantica Sgr. Graduate in Economics at the Cattolica University of Milan, after an initial marketing experience with a top food and beverage company in the world, he perfected his professional experience in business consulting at a big-five company, where he participated in Organization, BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) projects for major Italian and foreign multinational companies. Subsequently he joined a european leading telecommunication company where he followed up Top Management Change Management support and business process reengineering projects. He has held the position of Senior Consultant at a management and business organization consulting firm where he managed and coordinated company reorganization and management training projects.
He conceived and founded a company that operates in the publishing and e-recruiting sectors. As founder partner and Director, he has managed the promotion and development activities of the business, definition of organizational set-up and of internal methods of internal control, communication of the corporate image. He is member of the Board of Directors of AIFI (Italian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association) and President of AIFI's Venture Capital Committee.
